Evidence Based Counseling Services
Vermont Catholic Charities’ mental-health professionals offer evidence based counseling services. Clients come from all faith traditions and backgrounds. Catholic Charities seeks to offer hope, support, compassion and the opportunity for healthy, personal growth. The goal is to help people increase their self-esteem, cope more effectively with stress and reduce isolation. Counseling helps individuals and families develop and strengthen communication skills to build and sustain healthy relationships and live more satisfying lives.
A sliding fee scale is offered based on income eligibility and many health insurances are accepted.
Vermont Catholic Charities provides individual, marital, family and couples’ counseling, helping people with a variety of personal difficulties including:
