St. Joseph Residential Care Home, Burlington

NURSING

Nurse’s aide or LNA for Night Shift ($1500 sign on bonus) – Responsible for providing direct patient care. 

 

DINING

Dietary Aide (part-time) – Assist in service and delivery of meals and responsible for dishwashing.

Part-time Cook ($1000 sign on bonus) – Prepare and serve meals for residents. 

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance Technician ($1000 sign on bonus) – Develop and oversee a comprehensive program for the operation of the physical plant, grounds, and ensures best practices are followed. Should have experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and the use of tools.

ADMINISTRATIVE

Resident Services Coordinator ($1000 sign on bonus) –Responsible for providing excellent customer service to the Administrator, residents and employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overall front office management, preparation of admissions paperwork, processing Medicaid paperwork, managing accounts receivables and accounts payables, ordering and managing supplies, and supporting payroll. This role also plans and implements a daily program of activities for residents.  

NURSING

Nurse’s Aides & LNA’s ($1500 sign on bonus) – part-time and full-time positions available on all shifts.  Responsible for providing direct patient care.  Nurse’s Aide training is provided. 

Med Tech/Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN ($2000 sign on bonus) – part-time and full-time shifts available.  Responsible for providing resident care in accordance with physician orders and treatment / care plans.
