Monday mornings in Lent (except Monday, March 6), following the 8:30 Mass, the St John Vianney parish book group will be meeting to discuss “One Ordinary Sunday” by Paula Huston. In the book Huston lovingly recounts her memories of a particular Sunday Mass through her storyteller’s lens, and “illuminates what might seem either mysterious to those unfamiliar with the Mass or overly familiar to those who have lost an appreciation of its beauty.”
