San Jose Monteverde Clean Water Project presentation

There will be a presentation on the San Jose Monteverde Clean Water Project on March 26 from 1-3 p.m. at St. Peter Church Hall in Vergennes. Hear the story of how local and international Rotarians and engineers from Healing Waters International partnered with local  indigenous people to help make clean drinking water a reality in the remote mountainous town of San Jose Monteverde, Mexico. Local migrant farm workers will share how this collaboration improved the lives of their families back home. The project was supported by Vergennes Rotary, Oaxaca Rotary, Rotary International and Catholic Migrant Ministry of Addison County. Refreshments will be served at the presentation.
