Pig roast

St. Amadeus Parish will host a pig roast on Saturday, Aug. 11, at the St. Amadeus Parish Center, 75 N. Main Street in Alburgh from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The menu will include fresh roasted pig, salads, corn on the cob, beverages and dessert. The cost: adults $10 children; 7-12 $5; 6 and under free. There will be live music provided by Marie Ragan, Dan Jarvis and Jack Dodd.
